Terms of Service

Welcome to Noddle Deck — a prompt management platform built and operated by a solo founder. These terms are written to be read, not to scare you. By creating an account or using Noddle Deck you agree to them.

1. The service

Noddle Deck lets you save and organize prompts, build reusable skills, curate packs of related prompts, and reuse that library across the AI tools you work with.

2. Your content is yours

You keep all rights to the prompts, skills, packs, and text you create or upload. You grant Noddle Deck only the license needed to host, process, display, and back up that content so the service can work — nothing more. Your prompts are plain text you can copy out at any time; your data is never held hostage.

You are responsible for what you upload. Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share, and don’t use Noddle Deck to store or distribute unlawful content.

3. Prompts and AI tools

Noddle Deck manages your prompt library; the prompts themselves are run in whatever AI tools you choose to use them with, under those tools’ own terms. You are responsible for how you use your prompts and for reviewing the output of any AI tool you paste them into.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your credentials secret; you’re responsible for activity under them. Don’t abuse the service: no attempts to break authentication or access other people’s private content, no disrupting the infrastructure, no reselling the service, and no illegal use.

5. Payments, plans, cancellation

Paid subscriptions, where offered, are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record — their terms apply to the purchase itself, and refunds follow our Refund Policy. You can cancel anytime: your paid tier stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account falls back to free limits. Downgrading never deletes your prompts.

6. Availability and support

Noddle Deck is built by one person. It aims for reliability and honesty about its limits — but it is provided “as is”, without uptime guarantees or warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Keep copies of anything critical. Support: contact page.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noddle Deck’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Noddle Deck is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the output of AI tools you use your prompts with.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time via support. Noddle Deck may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. On termination you get a reasonable window to copy out your prompts, except in cases of serious abuse.

9. Changes

These terms may change as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use Noddle Deck after that means you accept the updated terms.
